Volunteer's are the most important part of any rescue. Zeus's Friends Lost and Found Pet Network operates solely with the help of volunteers. They offer safe places in loving homes for pets waiting to go home or to their new forever home, by being willing to foster. They help in all of the aspects of our rescue efforts. Whether it's helping with the search and rescue of a missing pet or one reported in a dangerous situation, or scanning for a microchip in a found pet, and helping them to get back home safe. Transporting pets to and from vet appointments. Doing home checks of potential fosters or new homes. Attending and helping with fundraising efforts and events. Taking the pets for play dates or just a nice walk. Training and rehabilitation in pets needing it so they can have a second chance at a new life and loving home. Our volunteers are the hub that makes us successful in what we are able to do to help pets in need. Even if it is just one hour a day, one day a week, it is so appreciated.
